Studio Rental
Lavish Studio Creations operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives a personalized and uninterrupted experience.
To reserve your session or event, please book in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Absolutely! We welcome outside photographers and personal equipment. All sessions must be booked in advance, and rental time includes setup and teardown.
Yes! Photographers are welcome to rent the studio for extended periods or multiple sessions. Hourly rentals are available. Please let us know your needs when booking so we can accommodate your schedule.
Studio rentals are booked by the hour with options to extend your time as availability allows. To ensure a smooth schedule, please arrive on time and be ready to vacate promptly at the end of your session. Booking on our website, or by phone.
Yes! Whether you are alone, a small group or an event/party you are able to pre-book private event rentals. We offer a variety of private rentals. You can find them inn our Pricing page.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages for your event or session.
Outside catering and food delivery are welcome.
Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted, as Lavish Studio Creations offers a licensed cash bar with all venue rentals.
Nudity is not permitted however we do allow lingerie and swimsuits by private rental booking only.
We have 1 change room as well as two bathrooms for outfit changes. Please do not leave your personal belongings in the change room or bathrooms for safety reasons.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours are not refundable; however, you may reschedule for another available date. Missed appointments without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and booking time.
Yes! Our studio is located in a repurposed chapel with ground-level access, and most areas are wheelchair accessible. The only exception is the altar area, which is elevated and not wheelchair accessible.
Yes, we have on-site parking for guests and vendors
Events
Absolutely! Our repurposed chapel venue is perfect for birthday parties, showers, corporate events, brand launches, and more. Rentals include access to the event space, licensed cash bar, use of our sound system, karaoke, projector, and more.
Lavish Studio Creations is available to EVERYONE! All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. As much as we absolutely love having children in the studio, we are not responsible for them.

Of course! Private tours are available by appointment. Contact us to schedule a walkthrough of the studio and event areas so you can see the layout and discuss setup options.

Photo booth Rentals
Yes! We offer DSLR and 360 photo booth rentals, available on-site or for off-site events. All packages include props, instant prints or digital sharing, and a custom-designed template/overlay for your event.
